Form 6 changes and voter registration
AT A GLANCEAAPSaurabh Bharadwaj of the Aam Aadmi Party said the Election Commission was "exposed" in the Supreme Court and alleged that the Election Commission lied in the Court's name in the Form 6 matter. Bharadwaj said a contempt of court case should be initiated against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar.
BJPSanju Verma asked where the Supreme Court said Form 6 was altered or modified and accused others of spreading misinformation. Verma said the Supreme Court upheld the Election Commission of India's "residual authority," that only a declaration was added to Form 6 within the Chief Election Commissioner's ambit, and that 2.38 crore+ young voters were added in the last year.
INCK. C. Venugopal said the Supreme Court rejected the Election Commission of India’s official communication about changes to Form 6. Venugopal also alleged that Gyanesh Kumar overruled other election commissioners to perpetuate illegality for the BJP and said the Election Commission has become something under the Modi-Shah regime.

Voter registration form dispute
