Delhi police treatment of women detainees

Ragini Nayak of the Indian National Congress says that on women’s safety and Delhi Police, “the protector has become the predator,” and she says Delhi Police is under the Home Ministry. Lavanya Ballal, of the Indian National Congress, asked Amit Shah whether he ordered the Delhi Police to take women away from their homes in the middle of the night without female constables present.
