Piyush Goyal, for the Bharatiya Janata Party, says Rahul Gandhi has a "track record" that includes making one Chief Election Commissioner a party-ticket candidate, taking one into the Union Cabinet, and making two Chief Election Commissioners governors. Goyal also says that, in one case, a Chief Election Commissioner said that an Election Commissioner working under him was a Congress agent, but the post is truncated.
